		<description>This cartridge system based waterless urinals were also tried by NDMC and PWD Delhi two years back in offices. Needless to say RESULTS WERE PATHETIC, HIGH RECURRING COSTS, HIGH MAINTENANCE and still performance was not as expected. How do MCD expect them to work in Public Urinals when they did not work in offices???</description>
