		<description>Will they be going after the sadhus, many of whom beg for their livelihoods? What about the begging pimps who control territory and take a cut of whatever cash beggars bring in?  Are there plans to prosecute those who maim and scar children so as to maximize their ability to beg?  Or is this just more of the same same same -- prosecuting and persecuting the least powerful and most vulnerable?</description>
