		<description>Wade:  That&#039;s a nice note on Sol, I made a point to have lunch with him a few months before he died.  I thanked him for all the help he had given me over the years.  His father I believe was a union organizer as my father was - there&#039;s something about growing up in that kind of environment, it puts a hard edge on you, you see things in a very clear perspective.  I think Sol and I shared that unspoken perspective, it made communicating easy, you could cut to the chase.  Sol always could cut to the chase, quickly, to the point, always with insight and better yet, a smile.</description>
