Mumbai Seeing is believing, and indeed in the crowded streets leaving Delhi there were less beggars, where usually cars and auto rickshaws would be swarmed. I had heard something was afoot in preparation for the Commonwealth Games to be held in Delhi in 2010, and that beggars were on a short list for removal.
